Common Questions

How long are sessions?

Standard therapy sessions last about 50 minutes. This creates a predictable and consistent space each week for you or your child to feel heard, supported, and cared for without feeling rushed.

Do you see children and adults?

Yes, I offer specialized individual therapy for adults navigating trauma and life changes, as well as child-centered play therapy. I also provide consultations for caregivers to ensure the whole family unit feels supported and seen.

Do you offer virtual sessions?

Yes, I provide secure telehealth sessions for adults and parent consultations. For younger children, I generally recommend in-person play therapy to best utilize our dedicated creative space and healing tools.

How do I know if therapy is working?

Progress in therapy is often felt as a gradual internal shifting — a sense of increased emotional safety, resilience, and connection. We will regularly check in together to ensure our collaborative work continues to honor your personal pace and path.

What states are you licensed in?

I am based in Colorado and hold my professional license exclusively within the state. This means I am currently able to support and work with Colorado residents for all their therapeutic needs.
